MEET Rebecca DeRousse, MBA, MHA, CNHA

Expert in Healthcare and Senior Living

Ms. DeRousse has decades of experience working in senior leadership as well as a nursing home and assisted living administrator in CCRCs. Currently, the owner of DeRousse Healthcare Consulting, LLC, Ms. DeRousse provides insightful support and guidance for the development of new programs and the improvement of existing programs in the senior living sector. Examples include the establishment of new programs such as the Diabetes Education Center, Next Step Outpatient Program, Amputee Clinic, Spasticity Clinic, and two skilled nursing facilities within hospitals.

Ms. DeRousse was formerly the VP of Healthcare for The Village At Germantown, a consultant for MSK Group, PC, Associate Director of Trezevant Episcopal Home, and has held senior Administrator roles at leading healthcare facilities in Tennessee. 

Ms. DeRousse is well-versed in regulatory compliance. She has built two facilities from the ground up, overseeing their licensure and certification and leading them to success. She was involved in the addition of Assisted Living to the continuum of care for a CCRC. She was a key contributor in planning, design, oversight of construction, and operations. She has experience as an administrator of an Assisted Living with a Memory Care Unit as well.
