We’re excited to announce the nationwide launch of gaitACTIVE – a new fall prevention program designed to help older adults stay mobile, confident, and safe.

Built on GaitBetter’s clinically validated technology, gaitACTIVE delivers engaging, motor-cognitive training in senior centers, CCRCs, and outpatient clinics. The 12-week program simulates real-world walking challenges, helping participants improve gait, dynamic balance, attention, and decision-making.

Unlike traditional fall-prevention approaches, gaitACTIVE addresses both the physical and cognitive demands of walking — making it a fun, proactive, and research-backed way to prevent falls before they happen.
